After Graduating from Sussex University, Justin’s career began with a large graduate recruitment agency in London. After attaining the highly sought after MREC recruitment qualification and realising that he preferred to make money for himself, with typical entrepreneurial flair Justin set about starting his own recruitment company with fellow recruiter Rachel Verghese.

A few years later and now with extensive recruitment experience under his belt, Justin & Rachel incorporated Express Staffing Solutions Ltd. The railway specialist agency dealt exclusively with the railway industry but soon expanded to offer recruitment solutions in five key industry sectors.

With extensive knowledge of the trends, techniques and processes involved in building and sustaining a profitable recruitment company, Express Staffing has gone from strength to strength and Justin has aggressive expansion plans for future.

Despite his committed attitude to providing excellence to his clients, he still finds time to pursue his passion for rugby and plays at local level for Guildford, Surrey.

Rachel lived out most of her childhood years in Portugal and returned to the UK in 1992 to continue her education, bringing with her fluency in the Portuguese and French languages.

Deciding that University was not for her and after a short break in the U.K, Rachel went back to Portugal where she helped drive her fathers Real Estate Agency giving her a real taste for closing deals and generating new business.

In 1998 (now back in the UK) Rachel joined a Training and Enterprise Council as PA to the Head of Development. Some time afterwards, she moved to London in order to pursue greater opportunities in the City of London.

In 1999 Rachel joined the world's leading recruitment agency, Adecco, in Liverpool Street and pursued her career as a Senior Consultant for the Railway Division. Here Rachel gained awards such as the National Outstanding Achievement Award 2001 for generating the highest permanent revenue.

After leaving Adecco, Rachel joined 2 other agencies before realising that she had the ambition and knowledge to join Justin and set up her own company, the now Express Staffing Solutions Ltd.

Rachel now divides her busy work schedules between spending time with her young family and enjoying trips abroad as often as the business allows her.
